Facilitated communication between owner, architect and contractor in all phases of the project, from design to close out.
Value engineered and provided critical costs saving applications to variables in the construction process.
Managed change orders and RFI’s for quicker responses to ensure timeline was well adhered to.

Developer: Smith/Foti Development
Location: 567 Kapahulu Avenue. Honolulu
Scale: 3,250 of gross leasable area added to existing property.
Program: Demolition of 2 dilapidated structures and additional GLA developed on first and second floors.
Completed: 2020–2022
Key Project Outcome: Successful delivery of a turn key asset to the developer/owner despite numerous unforeseen variables common in a value add redevelopment project.
