Stewards of Progress
Grounded in Culture

Kūlana Construction Management was founded on the belief that construction is more than building—it’s a responsibility. A kuleana. Our team carries this kuleana by managing every project with integrity, respect for Hawai‘i’s people and places, and a commitment to excellence.

We understand the importance of balancing modern construction standards with cultural awareness. Whether on ancestral lands or in urban centers, we operate with deep care for the communities and environments we serve.

Our Team

Nick Foti

Growing up on job sites from the time he could walk, Nick learned the craft of building by watching and working alongside his father. Over the last decade, he's been a vital contributor to multiple projects undertaken in the state—from general contracting, ground-up developments, tenant improvements and value add concepts. His hands-on involvement spans residential contracting, multi-unit dwellings, and commercial build-outs.

Nick believes that clear communication and consistent cost tracking are at the heart of successful construction management, no matter the project's scale. He thrives on problem-solving and value engineering—finding smart, efficient ways to save time and money while delivering outstanding results.

Rooted deeply in local values, Nick approaches each build with integrity, humility, and a commitment to stewardship—seeing every structure not just as another project, but as an opportunity to serve the community with excellence and purpose.
