New Retail Center
Overview: New retail center developed from old site to a turn key operating asset.
Role & Key Contributions:
Completion of a Phase 1 Environmental site assessment proved that the old fuel center that previously occupied the site was properly remediated and allowed development.
Facilitated all pre construction, contract review, bid packages, TI projects and executed final contracts for developer.
Navigated price surcharges with creative problem solving during covid to enable owner/developer to adhere to prior loan agreements.

Scale: 5300sf of gross leasable area developed with 13 parking.
Program: Transforming a former fuel station site into a vibrant retail center designed to reflect the energy and character of Kapahulu.
Completed: 2022–2024
Key Project Outcome: Successfuldevelopment of a cost effective asset for owner/developer despite significant material increases and shortages due to covid 19 shut downs.
