Role & Contributions: Directed development efforts, entitlements, and construction coordination.

Project Details: 297 units total: 154 senior, 143 family; completed 2020–2021; 1020 Wakea St., Kapolei.

Outcome: Provided critically needed affordable housing for West O‘ahu families and seniors.
