Here’s a look at our past and current projects across Hawaiʻi. Each one reflects our commitment to excellence, cultural care, and meaningful impact.

  • Converted a former office building into workforce rental lofts, the first housing project in the Our Kaka‘ako plan.

    Role & Contributions: Led asset repositioning and project delivery within the master plan framework.

    Project Details: 54 studio and one-bedroom units; HCDA Reserved Housing program; completed 2012–2014; 12-foot ceilings preserved.

    Outcome: Introduced a new housing model supporting affordable urban living in Honolulu.

  • A PLANNED COMMUNITY

    A 29-acre, mixed-use master-planned community in Honolulu emphasizing sustainable urban development.

    Role & Contributions: Led entitlements, community engagement, and legal frameworks; repositioned 90,000 SF of commercial space into residential and retail uses; structured transactions generating $98M in value.

    Project Details: 29 acres across 9 blocks, mixed-use residential and retail, master plan active through 2034. Anchors include SALT at Our Kaka‘ako, Six Eighty, and Keauhou Place.

    Outcome: Established the foundation for a major urban revitalization effort delivering long-term community and economic benefits.

  • Transformation of a former warehouse block into an open-air retail, dining, and cultural destination.

    Role & Contributions: Managed design, bidding, contracting, and construction phases from concept to completion.

    Project Details: Adaptive reuse of 80,000–85,000 SF commercial space; completed 2016–2017; awarded 2018 Retail Merchants of Hawai‘i Shopping Center of the Year.

    Outcome: Delivered a vibrant placemaking anchor that became the centerpiece of the Our Kaka‘ako community.
