Converted a former office building into workforce rental lofts, the first housing project in the Our Kaka‘ako plan.

Role & Contributions: Led asset repositioning and project delivery within the master plan framework.

Project Details: 54 studio and one-bedroom units; HCDA Reserved Housing program; completed 2012–2014; 12-foot ceilings preserved.

Outcome: Introduced a new housing model supporting affordable urban living in Honolulu.
