SALT at Our Kaka'ako

Transformation of a former warehouse block into an open-air retail, dining, and cultural destination.

Role & Contributions: Managed design, bidding, contracting, and construction phases from concept to completion.

Project Details: Adaptive reuse of 80,000–85,000 SF commercial space; completed 2016–2017; awarded 2018 Retail Merchants of Hawai‘i Shopping Center of the Year.

Outcome: Delivered a vibrant placemaking anchor that became the centerpiece of the Our Kaka‘ako community.
