Role & Contributions: Directed funding applications, secured award for 223 units, $72M project budget.

Project Details: 20-story, 222–223 units for seniors 55+, 30%–60% AMI affordability; active filings through 2024.

Outcome: Obtained financing and approvals for a critical affordable housing project serving kūpuna in urban Honolulu.
