Overview: Team members at Kulana CM have been involved with single family development for owner users, Speculative investment or multi unit developments.

Role & Key Contributions:

• Zoning laws, entitlements, contracts, and construction management. 

• Management of all phases no matter the scope, product type, or end use. 

• Dozens of residential homes delivered to market and for personal use. 

Project Details:

• Developed personally and contracted by multiple individuals.

• Location: Statewide 

• Scale: From extensive renovations, high end residential, Speculative investment to multi unit developments. 

• Program: Careful planning and prepping with owners, architects, and contractors are crucial to keep intricate projects on time and with budget. 

• Completed: 2012-2025

Key Project Outcome: Clear communication and diligence with preconstruction planning has led to the results most projects being successful on all target goals.
